A GlamBOT records short guest videos using a camera mounted on a robotic arm. This guide explains Interactive Dallas’s group setup, venue requirements, three-hour package and hosted video delivery, with a real corporate event example from Sheraton Dallas.

How does GlamBOT work for corporate groups?

Interactive Dallas designed its GlamBOT experience for corporate groups, with captures accommodating up to 12 guests in one video when the group arrangement and venue layout allow. The system uses a Sawyer collaborative robotic arm and delivers 1920 × 1080 HD video. A dedicated capture attendant guides guests while a second attendant assists with sharing.

Dennis Walthers of Interactive Dallas supplied the operating details and event example below in October 2026.

What happened at ALIGN at Sheraton Dallas?

In January 2025, Interactive Dallas provided GlamBOT for the ALIGN sales team’s after-party following its awards ceremony at Sheraton Dallas, on the convention-center side of the property. Dennis Walthers reports that the team produced just over 150 videos in three hours.

That event provides a reference of about 50 completed videos per hour using a rounded count of 150. Group sizes, guest instructions, retries and the event schedule affect throughput. Completed video sessions and unique attendees are different measures.

How do guests receive large video files?

Rather than attaching the full video to a message, Interactive Dallas uploads completed videos to a server. Guests use a 13-inch iPad Pro sharing station to send themselves a viewing and download link by text or email. The sharing attendant helps with delivery information while the capture attendant continues filming.

Guests can download the video for social posting. Delivery of a link does not by itself establish that a guest posted publicly. Confirm the connection and gallery availability for the event.

GlamBOT booking FAQs

Can our team appear together?

Yes. Interactive Dallas reports designing this experience for groups of up to 12 guests per capture. Discuss the intended pose, group arrangement and available space with the team before the event.

How much does the three-hour package cost?

As confirmed in October 2026, Interactive Dallas quotes $3,600 for three operating hours, including the Vogue booth, two attendants, branding, setup and removal, and Dallas-area travel. Request a written quote for the exact location, artwork and schedule, including applicable taxes or additional requirements.

How much venue access time is needed?

Allow the agreed operating period plus approximately two hours for setup and one hour for breakdown of GlamBOT with the Vogue booth. Confirm the room access and removal schedule with the venue.

How many videos can be produced?

The January 2025 ALIGN example produced just over 150 videos in three hours, according to Interactive Dallas. The team can target a new capture approximately every minute during active operation, but a capture target is different from guaranteed completed output. Plan around the event’s group sizes, instructions, retries and schedule.

What makes the equipment distinctive?

The setup uses a Sawyer collaborative robotic arm, HD cameras and an Intel Core i9 processing laptop with Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics. Sawyer originated as a manufacturing robot. For a booking decision, compare the actual finished video, group arrangement and staffed operating plan rather than assuming every robotic-camera rental is configured alike.

What should we send when requesting a quote?

Provide the date, venue and room, operating hours, expected attendance, typical group size and approved branding. Include the available floor area, ceiling height, setup access and venue restrictions. The team can then confirm the layout, connectivity and deliverables for the proposed installation.
