Why We Reinvented Aura Photography

When clients started asking about aura photography for events, we noticed a common concern: the old systems weren’t camera-ready or social-media-friendly. They used Polaroid film, offered zero branding options, and relied on dimly lit booths to show color overlays that often obscured the guest's face.

So we asked: What if we could blend energy reading with immersive tech?


That question led to the launch of our next-generation Aura Photography Booth — a modern interpretation designed to elevate brand activations, wellness lounges, corporate conferences, music festivals, and high-end experiential events.

How It Works

 

 

 

1. Real-Time Biofeedback Sensors
Guests place their hand on a sleek sensor plate that reads electrodermal activity (EDA) and skin temperature in real time. These values influence the color, shape, and intensity of the aura visualization.

2. Live Aura Visualization
TouchDesigner software interprets the sensor data and produces a glowing aura effect, which is displayed on a 65-inch monitor or LED screen behind the guest. This allows for an immersive visual experience in full view.

3. DSLR Photography with Clean Lighting
We use Canon DSLR cameras and professional lighting to capture stunning, high-resolution photos without a flash, preventing glare or washed-out faces.

4. Fast Branded Prints
Each photo is printed instantly (4x6, 5x7, or 6x8 formats) using high-speed DNP printers. The prints can be customized with your event or brand logo, messaging, and design overlay.

5. AI Aura Interpretation
Each photo is processed with AI to generate a personalized aura reading based on color theory and the guest's sensor input. This reading is either printed or sent digitally for the guest to keep.

6. Instant Sharing Station
Guests can instantly send their aura photo and reading to themselves via email, SMS, or AirDrop using our 13” iPad sharing kiosks.
