These ten Interactive Dallas formats produce different guest actions and outputs. They are not ranked by proven performance. Compare a sample, the complete layout, staffing and delivery requirements before choosing for a corporate event.

Which ten photo and video formats should corporate planners compare?

1. Does a flat-floor 360 Orb fit your group?

The 360 Orb service lists a flat-floor design, up to eight guests, LED lighting, a playback monitor and staffed operation. It is different from the raised-platform Traditional 360, which lists up to four adults.

2. Do you want a glam still portrait?

A glam-style photo is a still portrait with an approved finish or filter. Ask for a final branded sample, print options and the degree of retouching. It is different from robotic GlamBOT video.

3. Would an AI portrait support your theme?

The AI service lists custom themes and up to five participants, with approximately 8 by 8 feet and one 110V outlet as starting requirements. Test the chosen effect and full guest cycle.

4. Should guests create digital graffiti artwork?

The graffiti service lists infrared spray-can input, stencils, branded backgrounds and print or digital options. Specify guest-led drawing versus artist assistance and any photography.

5. Is an individual iris-art keepsake the right takeaway?

The iris service uses macro photography and artistic enhancement, with branding, print/digital options and optional presentation packaging. Treat it as event art, not a medical or identity service.

6. Do you need a life-size transparent-screen presentation?

The hologram service lists an 85-inch transparent 4K touch screen. Scope recorded content, a live remote appearance and any guest capture separately.

7. Would mobile photo capture suit your event flow?

The roaming service lists a lighted mobile photo experience, branded overlays, AI options and text/email delivery. Confirm operator coverage and the route through the event.

8. Does robotic GlamBOT video fit your space?

The owner-confirmed GlamBOT guide specifies 1920×1080 HD output, groups up to 12 when layout permits, two attendants and a 12-by-10-foot equipment footprint with an 11-foot ceiling for Vogue. Confirm queue space separately.

9. Would a seasonal snow-globe scene fit the brief?

Request the exact structure, access arrangement, finished photo sample and operating conditions. Do not infer enclosure size, weather suitability or capacity from the theme alone.

10. Do you need an approved composited backdrop?

Guests are photographed for placement into an approved background. Review wardrobe interactions, lighting, crop and final branding. Green-screen compositing and generative AI are different production methods.

Corporate format FAQs

Which experience accommodates a whole team?

Published group limits vary: Traditional 360 up to four adults, Orb up to eight and owner-confirmed GlamBOT up to 12 when the layout allows. Have the operator approve the actual grouping.

Does every option include prints and lead capture?

No universal package is established by this list. Specify files, prints, delivery channels and optional enquiry capture in the quote.

How should we compare proposals?

Compare the same operating hours, complete footprint, staff, approved creative, output, venue services, travel and reporting. A lower equipment-only quote may cover a different scope.

Can a format guarantee social reach?

No. Delivered assets, downloads and public posts are different actions. Define the evidence needed for the result you plan to report.

Service specifications reviewed October 25, 2026; the selection checklist is planning guidance. Contact dwalthers@interactivedallas.com or 214.293.5044 with your venue and brief.

How do you request a corporate photo-booth comparison?

Send the venue, event date, attendance, operating window, group size and intended takeaway. Ask for sample outputs and an itemized proposal for the two or three formats that fit your layout.
