Introduction

A trade-show photo mosaic collects participant images into a larger approved design. For a Dallas exhibit, the production brief should define the capture route, review and moderation, tile plan, display or print format and final handover. Interactive Dallas lists digital displays, printed murals or both; those are distinct deliverables.

Choose the capture and final format

The published Interactive Dallas service describes collecting images from a booth, roaming photographer, upload portal or hashtag route, then placing them into an overall design such as a logo or campaign image. Confirm which inputs are supported by the actual installation and any platform access requirements. Do not assume every channel is automatically available.

The final mosaic can be a digital display, printed mural or both. The service also describes a touchscreen version that lets guests zoom into individual images. Specify the exact display, interaction and final files; a printed mural does not provide the same interaction as a touchscreen.

Plan the artwork and tile count

Supply the approved master image and test how it reads from the intended viewing distance. Decide tile dimensions, target contributions, repeat-image handling, moderation and the reveal schedule. A tile count is not automatically a count of unique people.

The service page describes a Coca-Cola and Choctaw Casino & Resort mosaic with more than 3,600 individual images. Treat that as a company-published production example, not proof that every event needs or can collect 3,600 unique participants. Your project should use its own capture and completion plan.

Build an exhibitor workflow

Map capture, image review, placement or display, guest viewing and delivery inside the approved booth. Confirm staffing, print production if selected, power, connectivity and installation access. Agree what happens when contributions arrive late or a guest requests that an image not appear publicly.

Before opening, test the complete path from a new photo to the mosaic and final organizer handover. Decide whether the event continues collecting after the reveal and which final version the brand receives.

Trade-show mosaic FAQs

Does every guest need to use the same camera?

The service lists several collection routes. Select and test those included in the proposal, with consistent image and moderation requirements.

Can guests find their own picture?

The published service describes a touchscreen zoom feature. Confirm that configuration specifically; it is not automatic for every display or printed mural.

How many images do we need?

Ask the designer for a tested tile plan based on output size, master artwork and expected contributions. Define whether repeat or prepared images may be used rather than promising completion from attendance alone.

What should the organizer receive?

Specify the completed artwork, print mural if selected, final resolution, file format, approved uses and access period. Individual guest copies are a separate deliverable.

How do we count participation?

Report contributed images, accepted tiles and unique participants only where reliably identified. Keep enquiries, deliveries and public posts separate; a completed mosaic does not by itself prove financial ROI.
