Dallas–Fort Worth Event Activation Planning Guide

5 min read

Choose an activation by the guest experience and finished output: still photo, live artwork, cinematic video, personalized print or reactive environment. Interactive Dallas serves Dallas–Fort Worth events and plans travel, branding and production scope by proposal.

Starting prices below reflect published local package guidance reviewed October 27, 2026. Confirm availability, taxes, travel, staffing, hours, creative scope and deliverables in a written quote. Unlimited use during contracted hours remains subject to operating capacity; it is not a guaranteed guest or output count.

360 Booth

A camera moves around guests on a platform to create slow-motion video. The local starting package is $1,950 for three event hours with an attendant, branded overlay, HD videos, music, digital sharing, setup and breakdown. Plan an 8 × 8 ft equipment area plus camera clearance and a guest queue. Power, internet, group size and any enclosure must be confirmed.

GlamBOT robotic video

GlamBOT uses robotic camera motion for cinematic slow-motion guest videos. It differs from a rotating-camera 360 Booth and from a Glam still-photo booth. Starting at $3,600 for three event hours with professional operation, branded video treatment, digital delivery, setup and breakdown. Confirm robotic sweep, lighting, backdrop, group composition, venue access and connectivity.

Digital Graffiti Wall

Guests create artwork using digital spray-can controllers. The $3,450 three-hour package includes an artist and photographer. Plan approximately 15 × 12 ft with photography; approve brand stencils, backgrounds, output and delivery. Projection onto physical objects is a separate production concept that must be scoped.

AI Photo Booth

A staffed DSLR capture station generates portraits in approved AI styles. Starting at $1,950 for three operating hours with branded styling, 4 × 6 prints and digital delivery. Estimated throughput is 50–70 sessions per hour, affected by generation, retries, group size, guest choices and delivery. A session is not the same as the number of people photographed or files delivered. Approve real sample styles before the event; confirm guest consent, photo handling, connectivity and delivery arrangements.

Iris Photography

Artistic macro photography turns the iris into a personalized keepsake. The three-hour price is $2,500, with more than 10 guest-selectable designs. Plan 50–70 photos per hour. Approximately 200 images over three hours is an estimate near the upper end of that range, subject to guest flow and design choices. This is artistic photography, not identity verification or medical scanning.

Freeze Frame — AI Frozen Scene

Freeze Frame is a separate AI photo-to-video activation. It turns a guest photo into a cinematic frozen-scene video, with the guest animated while the surrounding environment appears frozen. It is not a physical multi-camera array and does not build a photo mosaic. Confirm the scene, branding and finished video in the event proposal.

Multi-Camera Array / Bullet Time

Multi-Camera Array, also called the Bullet Time booth, uses nine synchronized Canon DSLR cameras across a 180-degree arc to create a frozen-moment viewpoint effect. It is a physical multi-camera photography activation, separate from AI Freeze Frame and Photo Mosaic. Confirm the camera configuration, backdrop, footprint, branding and finished video or GIF in your proposal.

ZOOMED

ZOOMED captures synchronized wide and close-up still photographs, then uses AI-assisted alignment and cinematic motion to create a zoom-reveal video. It establishes the event setting and reveals the guest or group. Plan camera sightlines, permissions, guest positions, lighting, power, connectivity and full delivery timing. This is distinct from a mechanical GlamBOT camera move.

The Day You Were Born

This activation creates a personalized birthday-history newspaper with a guest photo, branded design, printed keepsake and digital sharing. The workflow can request birth date, city, country and email. Agree on the required input fields, optional marketing consent, historical-content review, unsupported dates or locations and final output before the event. It is distinct from Palm Reading entertainment.

AI Palm Reading

A hand image is used to generate a personalized palm-reading keepsake. Published starting pricing is $1,950 for up to three hours with prints, digital sharing and branding. Confirm staffing, table setup, connectivity, hand-capture workflow, guest output and branding in the proposal. Readings are entertainment, not factual predictions or medical assessments.

Interactive LED Wall

A motion-reactive LED wall changes visuals in response to guest movement using the configured tracking system. It differs from passive signage, a touchscreen or projection. Starting at $5,400 per day for a 12 × 7 ft wall; confirm content production, structures, crew, operating scope and travel. Allow approximately four hours for setup and calibration. The site's LED case study describes a LIDAR and TouchDesigner installation.

Magic Mirror

Magic Mirror Dallas is an Interactive Dallas service, owned by the same business. Interactive mirror photography offers animated prompts, single- and multi-photo layouts, GIF options, drawing, digital props, branded overlays and text sharing. An attendant helps guests. Confirm the model, print format and allowances, operating hours, footprint, power, delivery and custom animations in the written quote.

Photo Mosaic

Photo Mosaic starts at $2,500 for up to four event hours. The four-hour Photo Mosaic package with two roaming ring lights for guest photos is $4,800. A digital mosaic builds a branded image on a screen; a physical mosaic places printed guest photos into a mural; a hybrid combines both. Agree on the target artwork, photo sources, moderation, tile count, completion plan and final printing/display scope. Mosaic.Photos is owned by the same business as Interactive Dallas.

360 Orb

The Orb offers a flat-floor guest area for 360 video. Access depends on the venue route, surface, installed equipment, clearance and operating plan. Confirm wheelchair participation requirements and group size. Plan approximately 10 × 10 ft for the equipment plus guest queue and camera clearance, with about two hours for setup. Approve branding and sharing arrangements before opening.

Roaming photo booth and light rings

Also called a ring roamer, this mobile lighted capture station brings photography to guests. Starting at $1,050 for three event hours; extra units, printing, travel and extended hours are custom quoted. Discuss supported photo or AI styles, operator coverage, digital delivery and guest consent. It has no fixed booth footprint, but needs clear routes and room for small groups.

Aura Photography

DSLR portraits, sensor input and colorful digital effects create a guest keepsake with an entertainment interpretation. Starting at $2,500 for three event hours, including 4 × 6 prints, digital sharing, branded overlay and event image delivery. Plan approximately 6 × 6 ft, power and connectivity. Confirm sensor and camera configuration, staff, guest timing, print upgrades and photo handling. This is not scientific diagnosis.

What to confirm before booking

Share the date, venue, operating hours, expected guest count, target output and branding goals. Agree on load-in, power, internet, camera or tracking clearances, queue layout, creative approval, staffing, accessibility, consent, image handling, delivery and any printing allowances. Ask how delayed generation or connectivity affects guest delivery. Review an actual sample from the proposed configuration rather than assuming every demonstration represents the booked package.
