What the Interactive Dallas setup lists
The published service specifies a Canon DSLR camera, professional lighting, a hand sensor plate for skin response and temperature, TouchDesigner visualization, and a 65-inch monitor or LED wall backdrop. It also lists DNP printing in 4×6, 5×7 or 6×8 formats and a 13-inch iPad sharing kiosk. Confirm which display, print format and delivery channels are included in your event package.
A creator brief that produces usable assets
Approve a sample with the intended backdrop, wardrobe, lighting and sponsor overlay. Specify whether the creator needs a clean portrait, a branded version, a print, the interpretation or a combination. Confirm pixel dimensions and crops rather than assuming the same output fits every social placement.
Plan behind-the-scenes recording separately from the portrait. Identify where a creator’s camera can stand without interrupting capture or other guests. Agree any host filming, interviews and reuse permissions in advance; participation does not establish unrestricted use of someone’s likeness.
Keep capture and delivery moving
A live preview, print handover and digital delivery are separate steps. Place the sharing kiosk so someone entering details does not block the next guest. Confirm the complete footprint, access route, staffing, power, connectivity and gallery availability. Does the sensor prove an aura or personality result?

Can a sponsor appear on the portrait?
The service lists custom overlays and branded templates. Approve the placement on a final sample and specify whether an unbranded version is also required.
Can guests receive both print and digital files?
Both options are listed. Agree the print size, copies per session and digital delivery method in the quote, including how long files remain accessible.
Will creators automatically post the content?
No. A delivered portrait is not a public post. If posting is a campaign deliverable, agree it with the creator separately and measure actual posts against the brief.
